Nemo Finance ppi games ...

We're attempting to claw back ppi from Nemo on a loan from a few years back. Even after the court ruling here was their response:
" As Nemo has fulfilled its duty to assess this complaint and forward it on to the broker, our file is closed. If you have not received a response from the broker I would suggest you contact them directly. "
The forms were signed with Nemo so it is app to be a case of passing the buck?
