NCP Carpark - Travis Street (Manchester)

Hi,

I have never used a NCP carpark so i am just wondering about something. We have booked a hotel in manchester however as the hotel charges £15 per day to park your car, would we be able to park the car at the NCP for 3 days or would we need to move it each day?

(if any body knows of a cheaper car park near to the Hilton there could you let me know?)

Thanks for all your help

According to the NCP website, Travis Street car park is 'pay and display', and the charge per 24hours is £6.50.

    From their FAQs...
How much will I pay if I stay longer than 24 hours in a pay and display car park?

It’s not a problem if you wish to stay with us longer than 24 hours. You’d calculate how much you need to put in to the pay machine using the standard tariff board. So, if our tariff board shows the price of 1 days parking and you want to park for 3 days, you would times the 1 day rate by 3 and put that amount of cash in to the machine.

Travis Street is nowhere near the Hilton ... Travis Street is by Manchester Piccadilly rail station. The Hilton is on Deansgate.

I'm guessing that the Hilton has quoted you prices for using "Park Avenue" parking, which is one of the closest parking garages to them.
