Hello
I'm thinking of trying to get a PPI reclaim going, I've read the articles on how to do it and to be honest am a little bit lost. Thing is I took two loans out with the Halifax a few back with in a month of each other and was offered two differant levels of ppi by the bank. They offer no ppi, bronze, silver or gold level of protection when you apply for a loan. My first loan was given a silver level and the next a gold level, think the gold level was complete cover.
Just wanted to know on that basis do I have a chance of reclaiming?
Many Thanks for any responses

Simply having PPI does not mean it was missold.
However if it was sold as a single premium that was added to the loan then it almost always is.0 -

You havent given any basis for complaint. There is nothing wrong with having PPI. You have to have a complaint reason. i.e. it was set up incorrectly or you were not eligible for cover or you didnt need it as it had significant overlap with your works sick pay.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
