Redundancy and % to offer debts

Hi - thanks for the taking the time to read this.
Long story short -
we are with a debt consolidation plan, have been for about 2 years.
I work part time 30 hours a month term time in a school earning £740 a month.
Hubby is currently working his 3 months notice for where he has been for 24 years. He is full time bringing in £2190 a month.
We have cancelled and cut all house bills so our outgoings without debt management, food, kids clubs, petrol etc will be £556.79 - which will be my wages with a bit left over and then live on his redundancy money until it is all gone although he will be looking for and accept any job he can get to support the family.
We want to pay all our debts off with his redundancy money but want to make offers but just don't no what to offer -
Alliance and Leicester overdraft £853 - interest being charged
Argos £816.86 - interest being charged
Asda loan that is now CL Finance £5342.70 - interest frozen
Barclays bank £1000 - interest being charged
Barclays bank £486.36 - I think this one will need to be paid in full as it is our mortgage overdraft account - interest being charged
Barclaycard £1330.03 - interest being charged
Egg that is now Cabot Financial £3941.40 - interest frozen
Lloydstsb £3182.97 - interest being charged
Tesco £2706.55 - interest frozen
Virgin that is now MBNA Europe £5454.03 - interest frozen
TOTAL debts £25,502.28
What would people advise making offers of please to clear these debts and is it doable as we have around £16,000.00 to offer, maybe bit more depends on the final figure but working to this as a ball part.
Many thanks
