What does anyone understand about 38degrees?
My understanding is that it is a consumer focused pressure group re: rip-off utility prices. I believe the ethos behind it all is that if we all switch to a named utility company, then the ones left behind wil have to lower their prices, and so on etc. Market forces.
If I've got the idea incorrect well... it's still an idea worth discussing - people power and all that!
If I was a little younger I would feel a demo coming on - if everyone else could be bothered of course!
