what voip provider? best package for my needs

Well i would like the software that is like voipcheap/buster etc.. and can use SIP for xlite.

I want to call malta and free for landlines in uk. They all seem to offer different prices. The voipbusterplus or something seems to offer the best i have seen but has the 3.9 connection charge for every! call.

any ideas?

i take that back! normal voip buster offer the best package so far at just 4p per min
