We are considering exchanging our fully furnished 3 bedroomed 2 bathroomed detached villa in Spain (on the Costa Blanca) which is 300 meters from the sea, for a nice property in the south of England.
We have had the property 8 years now and decided that we are not going to live in Spain so it is such a shame to let it lie idle using only for holidays.
The outgoings are small and the area very peacefull and quiet (except in high season July and August) any offers?? apart from the fact that we must be nuts!!!!
