Car Hire in Italy

I need to hire a car in Italy in April, I have found a good quote from https://www.economycarhire.com which is £165 for a 10 day Hire for a Fiat Panda, this quote includes zero insurance excess. The car rental company they use in Italy is Auto Europa who have a desk in the airport where we arrive.
Has anyone had any experience of economycarhire or Auto Europa ?

We were looking to book these and I remember finding a few reviews which gave bad reports but typically I can't find those reviews now. You could try an internet search for economy car rental and reviews and it might find them.

We decided to book with Avis using tesco clubcard details as we didn't want to have any hassle as we've got a baby. Also Avis prices seem to have reduced in the last couple of weeks - price for the same level of car has gone down by £250 for same hire period!

last year i used economycarrentals.com when i hired a car from rome ciampino as they gave the cheapest quote, included an extra driver for free and no excess is included. I had no problems and will be using them again this year.

Lynneth thanks for your reply. There are two car rental companies with very similar names :- https://www.economycarhire.com who are based in the UK and https://www.economycarrentals.com who I think are based in Greece.
Which one did you use ?
