Small claims court and a CCJ registered against you knackering your credit record as well as allowing for the ability for bailiffs to be called in.Lets face it, they've not done a great deal, and in hindsight, i shouldnt have used them.
Most do little more than sending a one-size-fits-all template in the post. 30 seconds work, cost of a stamp and sit back and wait. However, the problem is that you employed them to do that and agreed to pay them. Its too late after the event.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
