Hi I have a quote for my new bathroom. This includes all labour and material except for cost of floor tiles

It includes:
Strip out all bathroom and tiles off all walls and floor
Make good walls
Fit shower 900 quadrant shower tray and frameless screen and concealed thermostatic mixer shower with outlet out of ceiling and seperate handheld outlet operated via a diverter
New freestanding bath
Fitted units: 600 wc unit, 300 glass front unit, 600 sink unit and worktop
One tap hole semi countertop basin
Back to wall toilet pan with dual flush concealed cistern
Wetboard to shower unit
extractor fan
Tiling to floor
Decoration
Bristan bath shower mixer taps on bath
bristan tap and pop up on sink
Chrome Towel rail
Fitting of mirror 1m x 2m mirror (supplied by me)

The quote is £5000 and all work is guarenteed as he is supplying everything. Is this about right?

Also nothing is where it was before and shower is a completely new installation as there was not one at all before

As he is supplying the materials, i personally think you have a fair price there james.

Seems ok to me if he's supplying all the bits. There's a post from me slightly further down the 'Is it Fair' page outlining similar quotes we've had.
