MBNA Tick box rejection

hi

hope someone can help, i have looked and searched the forums but cant find the answer i seek

MBNA sent me letter that after investigating a complaint about ppi has been upheld in thier favour as i had ticked the box on the application.i do not know if this was a internet applicaton or postal one, was such a long time ago. They have said they will no longer enter into further talks with me,having spoke on the phone they are willing to resend the orginal rejection letter along with a copy of the application.

If the applicaton is there and i did tick it, is there any point taking it futher, i would argue that just because i ticked it didnt mean i understood it, or i couldnt even say i had ticked it, would it be my word against theirs.Would i have to prove i ticked it and uderstood.

Thank you in advance
