is there a Matcash Toolbar in add/remove programs ??
    No

Ran Spysweeper which found only 1 Spy cookie - imrwordlwide.com which has now been deleted.

    Ran SmitRem, log attached below.

Stopped the "services" entry in MSCONFIG and the rogue 04 Startup entry in HJT has gone, new log attached.

Will run another full AV scan to see if either are still found.

Do I now remove Spysweeper and AVG as they might conflict with CA Suite.

    Hi,
I am not very techy and need some help. I have think I have some spyware problem on my computer. I was getting re-directed to spyheal when I opened explorer. I read a few things and ran spybot search and destroy. Unfortunately I can not log in as administrator as it is a work computer. Is there any way I can check to see that the problem is gone for good?
By the way....is my personal details at risk at the moment?
    Cheers for any advice.
