Old TSB Loan

Hi All

Hope one of you clever bods out there can help.
While clearing out old accounts found an old TSB Business loan dated 20/11/1998 it was for £4400. with a lump sum of £384.40 Loan insurance (PPI ?). This loan was latter restructured several times of which claims are currently with an adjudicator at FOS.

Just spoken to him and he stated I would have to start a new claim for this loan. Is this possible do you think ?

Would certainly appreciate your advice.

    Thank you

Yes I have the agreement and letter confirming the loan. As with pending claims a pre existing medical condition to which Lloyds have already settled previous PPI claims on personal loans.
