How much does it cost to replace a warm air central heating fan? Any advice would be appreciated! I feel I'm being ripped of my my property management company who have quoted £300 + VAT - is this reasonable?

I have a maintenance contract and don't pay as such for a new fan, but I saw the price when mine was replaced and it was £325.

I've had 3 in the past 20 years.

Depends on the make and model, a johnson starley fan for a jb15/22 is a couple of hundred, for a 40/50 50 quid more and for a modern fan flued wau hundred quid less. 80 quid labour for fitting and testing and a bit of vat on top.
