I've tried every sort of cannned tuna that I can find, but I've never discovered one that is better than Tesco tuna steak in brine. Delicious! :drool:0

Farmfood has John West 4pack in brine for £3 at the moment, Same price as Tesco value & Sainsbury value 75p per tin.:j0

It is the flakes, I drain the tin, apply the mayo and onion and low fat mayo - it is fantastic! I have lost 2 stone eating a can a day...fills you up with 30g protein, what more could you want!Groceries challenge
