Barclaycard car finance ppi & gap reclaim

Hi everyone, in 2005 I purchased a brand new car, for various reasons my dad took out the finance but I paid it every month. I know for a fact that it had gap insurance on it which I didn't ask for but I also want to find out if it had ppi on it. We can't find any of the original paperwork and we can't find any contact details for them on the web. Can anyone help, the finance was taken out via the garage but it was from Barclaycard car finance. Thanks everyone.

Is the loan settled and if it is when was this settled?,if this loan was paid by DD then it is possible the bank has this info still,this will give you the account number.

You may need to SAR the garage (your dad will have to do this as the loan is in his name) if you cannot find the Garage,then put a request into Barclays for a SAR,this will cost £10 but will give you all info relating to this account.

The loan was settled in 2008, I've managed to speak to someone, they told me to send a letter as it was an archived account so that is in the post today.
