Good afternoon: We just had an offer accepted on a property...have been looking since the middle of January. The property is a part exchange..the owner is moving into a new build retirement apartment (very popular down here by the sea) at the end of March so hopefully our purchase should go through fairly quickly. We will be using Conveyancing Warehouse (Roberts Solicitors) again as we had excellent service recently (in fact this very week!).
