Sorry to hear the trouble your mother is experiencing. It's awful the things people get up to. You really could be taken in with this scam!
The only other thing I was thinking if it was Viking themselves who were trying to pull a fast one by sending out iPads to people then trying to recover the money for them (Unsolicited Goods) you are legally protected and now by law can keep free of charge Unsolicited Goods you receive. Google Unsolicited Goods and read about it.
Either way it is very unpleasant.:wave:

Oh my this is awful.
Couple of things go through my mind. How are these fake people paying for the Ipad or are they paying for it, if there is an invoice with a NIL amount?? If it has not been paid with cleared funds why are Viking sending them out?
I don't know whether I am missing something here?The best things in life are free.....0 -
