Total parking solutions

Hi, have read various other posts regarding tps parking fines but just after a bit of reassurance if possible please. I received an initial notification of the alledged incident advising that I had to pay a fine of £100 or £50 if paid within 14 days. The notice alledged that I had parked in a stores car park for 4 hours between 10am and 2pm. Now I did enter the carpark at 10am and was there for approx 10 mins, if even that and then duly left. I had to return to the same store in the afternoon and arrived about 1.45 and left at 2pm. On disputing there claim and advising of the above they have advised that after checking their ANPR camera it shows as arriving at 10 and leaving at 2pm and not me leaving and arriving again in between and I still have to pay as they reject my appeal!!! All advice would be appreciated...Thanks

Just ignore it, we have seen this happen loads of times. And it's not an ANPR system it's a bog standard camera, and a fake PCN from a firm with no authority to fine anyone.

Just check out the top thread 'PPC letters & threats' so you know which letters to expect. They are not scary when you know they are computerised templates that everyone gets and that the whole thing is a mail scam.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The advice is simple Pablo.................................just ignore them and do not engage them again. They can't fine you and their losses in a free car park are.............................Nowt!!!!"You should know not to believe everything in media & polls by now !"

its a scam,, just simply ignore everything from or related to them, despite what they put,,ignore, nothing will/can happen to you.relax.0

It isn't a 2"INE" stop thinking it is, and you will immeidiately feel better, it is an invoice, an invitation to give a bunch of scammers some of your hard earned readies. Ignore the muppets, they have no consequential losses to sue you for. Overstay of 1, 2, 3 hours in a free carpark = £0, their penalty £50 is unlawful, if they sue you for it the judge kicks them up the bum, so money owed = £0.00 a big fat zero,0

A complicated scam that impersonates authority.
It will change characters along the way and become several other types of impersonated authority.
the simple legal position is they dont have any authority whatsoever other than a colour lazer printer, a pack of A 4 paper, a cheap cctv camera and membership of a club that allows them to buy your data from DVLA to send some scary fake "we will take you to court" letters and last but not least a cosy deal with the car park owner to give them a share of the scam money. I did say it was complicated, but thats about it
So IGNORE THEM !
Now, if you can return the goods for a refund do so, when they hand back the cash, ask to see the manager and explain this is what happens when you have a car park with scammers and fake parking tickets and before you start saying its not your fault, I dont care, it's my money and I shall now buy the same item from a store with no car park scammers.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. You can see why the PPC's saw their backsides when the freedom bill first draft came out when ANPR was not going to be allowed. They would have had to employ people to lurk around car parks. But the biggest blow to them would be the loss of revenue their CCTV cameras produce. It seems very clever the way they see a car come in at 10.00am then don't see it go out at 10.15am, then don't see it come back in at 1.45pm but see it go out at 2.00pm????
I would love to see one of these go to court, either the operator viewing the CCTV is a numpty, the software is crap or the company is committing fraud!
I think the third option myself.
Its an easier one then normal to ignore!0 -
If the 20,000+ posts on here saying to ignore all PPC cr4p are not enough to reassure you, then I suggest you need to pay up.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why then you're as thick and stupid as the moderators on here - MSE ForumTeam0

They reject your appeal? REALLY? Now there's a first.... Chap, they reject EVERYBODY's appeal. You could bring the Queen forward to give evidence that you were at Buck Palace having lunch with her in the intervening period, and they would STILL reject your appeal!
The fact you spoke to them indicates to them that they've hooked a live one, the majority of people just put their letters straight in the bin. And that is what you need to do from now on. You will get several threats... take it to court, send bailiffs, attach your earnings, hang you, draw you, and quarter you, then chop off your head and stick it on a spike....
but if you ignore it they WILL go away and look for someone who's easier to con.0
