RBS and SAR request tennis

Sent my 1st SAR off to RBS in Jan 2012 with 3 bank statements from the last 6 months and got a reply today returning my request saying "We are unable to accept the documents you have provided as the dates of the nationwide statements provided fall out of the three month period we request".
They didnt say that in the 1st letter is clearly says 6 months.........:mad:
Im not giving up im sending them more statements with a utility bill that came on monday :mad:
Anyone I can complain 2?
Anyone got the email address for the CEO of RBS?
