Old Credit Card - Lloyds TSB

After already having a little success reclaiming PPI from a loan I thought I would give the credit cards ago. Everything was going fine until I got to Lloyds TSB. I had a card with them from 2005 to 2007 but I don't have the card number anymore.

I phoned to find out if I had PPI on the account and I was passed around 4 different people, they eventually told me I had to provide them with the card number before they could confirm whether there was PPI on the account. No where else has needed this information. I had to pass some (rather easy) security questions but otherwise no problem. They told me the card number would be on my credit report, which it is not. I'm a bit stuck as to what to do next. I would be greatful for any advice.

Thanks

Oh doesn't matter now. Just spoke to a lovely lovely person who told me how to get the number.
