I've been doing a bit of digging around regarding redundancy payout at work, and HR have finaly got back to me with a very none commital "if all leaving forms are filled in correctly and in time, payment will be with final pay day"
Since I'm not filling these forms in, someone else is, I'm a bit worried I'm not going to get my payout on time.

No.
They can pay after you have left.
It is common for it to be paid in the most convenient payrun after leaving along with normal pay outstnding holiday etc.
Some companies will add it to the current month so may pay before leaving.
technicaly they can find you an alternative right up to the last day so don't know if you will be redundant till then.0 -
A gentle shove on my line manager and she's done the paper work.
