Through the Sun holiday deals i booked a long weekend on 16th March with the Haven group.
I also booked one with Park up north.
This week i received by email the one from the Park saying how much i had to pay which was fine,
Then yesterday i received through the normal postal mail an invoice from Haven.
They just called me up demanding to know why i hadnt paid yet, i explained i only got it yesterday and would be paying it within the next 2 days, she then went onto say it should have been paid by the 21st January, I explained that i only entered it on the 17th January and then had to wait for confirmation.
She then said a letter had been sent out to me asking for payment before which i know for a fact it hasnt.
She then told me i HAVE to pay it tomorrow and she will be ringing up to take my payment.
Now if the payment needs paying then fine i booked it i pay for it thats cool. But i do hate it when people insist something was sent out when i clearly never received it and its not something i would want to ignore anyway.
Do you think it might be worth getting in touch with Haven to complain about the manner i was spoken to regarding this ?

They usually have to be paid 6 weeks before the holiday or it gets cancelled IIRC
But there is no need for them to be rude to you
