    Chicken in Red wine vinegar sauce.

    ingredient
    2 chicken breasts
    1 whole onions sliced
    2 cloves of garlic sliced
    1/2 cup of red wine vinegar
    2 tbsp tomato puree
    1 cup stock
    1/2 cup of white wine
    some chopped herbs
    2 tbsp creme fraiche

    put all ingredient bar herbs and creme fraiche into a suace pan and cook slowly stirring occassionally.
    One sauce had reduced and chicken is thoroughly cooked stir in the creme fraiche and the herbs.Then season to taste.
    Serve on a bed of pasta or rice.

    i might cook it like this and then pour over some sort of sauce.

    Salmon & Aspargus pasta

    cheap trimmings of smoked salmon or thin slices as used for sarnies but trimming more os lol
    Pack asparagus -whole or tips
    Can condensed aparagus soup (or home made if you have it)

    Steam chopped asparagus over pan cooking pasta
    Heat salmon chopped or torn into small pieces in soup - do not reduce this down unless Very Very thick
    While pasta draining tip asparagus into sauce
    pour sauce over pasta & serve!

    Easy peasy & very posh & gorgeous!!
