I've lost my JSA booklet. Do i need it to sign on tomorrow?

    I phoned them up however and they said just being my bank card and NI number card and they'll sign me on, im not stressing so much now :D

    No wonder i lost the book.

    You don't have a job. But don't have time to go and get a new book? Or keep track of the one thing that is important to you receiving your JSA.

    Hopefully you can't claim.

    huawei76 - I'd ignore that comment - this poster likes making this sort of unhelpful comment.

    Maybe they don't realise just how long it takes to complete the job applications or that some of us just don't have the money to make an unnecessary trip into town just to pick up a jobsearch booklet.

    Take your NI number and list of jobsearches/applications and you'll be fine. Just don't make a habit of losing your booklet!

    I do not think the OP lost the job search booklet but the ES40JP the signing booklet.

    If you have lost the job search booklet, do what I do and write it all down on a note pad

    It should be fine if you take a job search in writing and some ID so they can issue you a new book.
