Hi All,
I just found out that I paid for PPI for a secured loan with Northern Rock. I can see the insurance company they used for PPI. Do I need to write Northern Rock (NVRAM now) or the insurance company Pinnacle Insurance PLC.

Hi chriscoop, You complain to the company that mis sold it you. Northern Rock (NVRAM) in this case
