PPI Experiences for Presentation

Hi everyone,
I hope you don't mind me posting here. I have just got through to the next stage in the recruitment process working as a PPI Claims Processor for a high street bank. The next stage (which will take place tomorrow morning) involves a presentation of some aspect of PPI claims. I have decided to focus on diverse customer experiences and wondered if you guys could share your experiences with me so I can give some customer examples in my presentation and outline the process to the best of my ability (I realise there is a thread dedicated to this but I'd be more comfortable using experiences of people who have consented to share them with me).
Obviously, it's 100% anonymous, I'm just presenting in front of two people from the recruitment team and a few other people vying for the position so I don't want names or even the name of the bank, just your experiences, particularly if they have been particularly bad, good or strange. If you could tell me what happened, the steps you took to claim your money back and the outcome in as much detail as you're comfortable with, I would be extremely grateful. Obviously this will help me a great deal in getting to know the kind of situations I'll be dealing with so. Any help would be very much appreciated!
