Try a metal ruler to lift one out,otherwise remove the facia and dismatle the stereo.0

^^^ Hmmm you don't want to start poking stuff into your CD player........ You'll defo wreck the CDs and almost certainly the head unit.
Some have a manual release button, if you have one it'll be a small pin sized hole, stick something blunt into it.
