I have received a settlement offer from my lender which I am happy is correct. However, as the interest on the refund is taxable, would it be unreasonable to request further compensation to cover accountants fee's and the inconvinience of arranging a consultation with my accountant? Or is this likely to be rejected by my lender?

Any thoughts appreciated! :)

    Yes. The free of charge complaints process clearly states that if you choose to use a third party to make your complaint or assist you with your complaint then it comes out of your own pocket.
