Won (I think!) 13 bottles of wine - not sure where from!

Just received a case of 13 bottles of wine, delivered from Naked Wines. I think that it was from a comp I entered a couple of weeks ago, but I did a load in one evening, so can't remember! (But 13, being an odd number rings a vague bell).

Oh well! :)
