£100-£150 council tax, you can look it up online for specific houses
£20-40 water, depends if it's metered or not and how much you use
£60-80 electric/gas, depends how much you use really.
    £10-15 contents insurance
    £12 TV license
£20-30 landlines/broadband, depending on where you are and what's available

    So £220-320 ish.

Look on this website for best deals on electric/gas duel fuel deals, Cashback/comparision websites for broadband, home phone, SKY.
Its very expensive in a new place for the first couple of months either renting or buying.
furniture, kitchen stuff, bedding, sofa so check out ebay/free paper/free cycle before heading to IKEA, DFS etc :-)
