Range Cooker - Diplomat ADP 5701

Hi, I am hoping someone can help me please? We have just moved into a new house and are having some issues with the existing cooker. After doing some research it appears the 'Diplomat' brand was that used by MFI before it went out of business, seems it also has links to the Hygena brand, although I could be wrong. I'm just wondering if anyone out there has the same cooker, and whether they're able to let me know where I could get an instruction book from. Also, the front of the cooker has two LED's on it, neither of which seem to light up regardless of what function the cooker is set at. Any help or advice for this model would be appreciated.
