halifax ppi help

hi

I am considering claiming ppi from halifax i was sold ppi when i took out a credit card when i was a student about 13/14 years ago. Halifax have there own phone line to call but i was contacted the other day by Midlands finance saying they would get me more money but i would have to pay them 25% and the paper work has just arrive its 25% + vat, is this right or should i just call Halifax.?

thank you in advance:T

  • Call them yourself, the Claims companies are unlikely to be able to get 25% more than you can on your own.

Dont do it do it yourself.
They get you 25% more (unlikely) then you pay them 25% plus vat (or similar) = you are worse off

That is a lie and a breach of MoJ guidelines.

    So you would get less.
