PPI claim
Nuch
Hi guys, I will be claiming back my PPI from GE Money on the following points:
It was a joint application and i was sold single cover
Even the joint cover would only cover the "Lead" name and not the 2nd applicant
the policy expired in 09 but the loan is still ongoing
GE Money lied and said that they never sold the policy and i should contact the underwriters, So i did and they told me that the premiums were sent to GE money and therefore the policy was sold by GE
not sure how much i am looking to claim back though any ideas guys?

Hi I am in a similar-ish position
I advised ge yesterday that I was going to ppi reclaim
They refered me to norton who were the broker
I filled in a fos form ready to send to norton
Phoned ge for some info for the form and they told me they had to log the complaint??? Contradicts what they said yesterday???
Anyway let them log it and sent the fos form to norton
Got a feeling it a huge waste of time and ge are going to say we didn't sell it so go to norton
Sorry for the huge post on your thread
Will let you know how I get on with my claim
