Please help, Claims advisory group rip off

Can anyone help please, I got talked into taking on a PPI claim with claimes advisory group and now I am having problems with them, they have been horrible from day one hastling me and ringing nearly daily, the staff have been arrogent and rude. They delt with my husbands claim quite quickly not very well but they did it, then all of a sudden they get intouch again about my claim saying there has been a back log and they r just dealing with it. I tell them not to bother.......they ring again and again and today I ask why r they still ringing when I have told them not to continue, the lady did not have a clue what she was doing and finally put me through to a cancelation team.
This new lady said I hear you want to cancel your claim the fees will be £847.50. so I ask what these fees r for n she says it's for letters sent and work done, then really sarcastically says "So then do you want to continue cancelling your claim?" so obviously I said "NO, no one in there right mind is going to pay fees like that for nothing" n she just said "is there anything else I can help you with?" all with that tone of voise that grates.
Is there anything I can do??????

not really much you can do if you have signed an agreement with them im afraid, the best you can hope for is for them to quickly sort your PPI out as they did your husbands. good luck
