npower meter readings
Hi If anyone could help I would be grateful, its not a great problem but if anybody knows, anyway. I sent npower my meter readings on line and have received a letter asking me to fill in my meter readings on their form and send it back. I does state on the form " your future bills may be wrong and you could build up a dept." Do you think that npower think we should be using more electric? we are very careful with lights and everything.
thankyou for any help, ideas with this

Hi pinetree,
Sometimes the meter reads entered online can fail our validations for a number of reasons, so it may be this has happened with the ones you entered. The letter would just be to gain a new set of readings.
If you're worried and would like me to take a look at your account, you can send your details to forumresponse@npower.com and I can see what's happened?
Best wishes,
