the ones i really like are sygate (fire wall) as its easy to use and a must have for security on you computer
AGV anti virus.
metaworks download express. When your downloading large files l like PDF's it splits the file and downloads really quickly and even faster if your using broad band.
there is loads of other stuff there. When ever i need some software i go there first. freeware is great. its free and usually really well written..
