flat Tyre repair query

I too have used etyres like greenview1. I ordered online at https://www.etyres.co.uk found them to be very cheap, quick and honest.0

I bought a little mini compressor thing for £5 from a motorway service station. It plugs into the cigarette lighter and I've used it to inflate a tyre that was completely flat, as well as stopping to top up a slowish puncture while I drove to Kwik Fit.
One of our cars is an MPV and doesn't have a spare, but does have the foam stuff. We were told when we got it that once you use the foam stuff you have to get a new tyre, so I have always avoided using it. I've certainly had my money's worth from that compressor! When I had my loft converted back into a loft, the neighbours came around and scoffed, and called me retro.0 -
It is not recommended to drive on a flat tyre, but at 60+ years of age I don't think that the gentleman was in a position to change it.
I dont believe that breakdown services perform puncture repairs.0
