Receivership Purchase

Hi all,

I've seen these flats going for sale:

http://www.33petergate.com/

and

http://media.rightmove.co.uk/84k/83863/36827663/83863_1_Bedroom_1_DOC_00_0000.pdf

Now I'm confused the first link Allsop is advertising this property for sale and the second link it's Galliard homes. What's the likely story here?

And what does it mean by 'Receivership Purchase'?

Thanks again.

Company building them has gone under. Flats to be sold to settle their debts.

Allsop are the administrators of the company selling, which [I assume] is Galliard, who presumably have gone bust.

If Galliard have gone bust, I'm guessing this will have a knock on effect on all the other properties they have built?

So if these flats have to be sold to settle their debts, can I go in with a really low offer, how should I play my cards?

Or perhaps Galliard bought them from the receivers of a company that has gone bust? I haven't heard that Galliard have gone bust.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

There is competition, I understand, for these flats and registering for viewing. The rent can be good.
