I submitted a ppi claim to M&S which has been rejected.
I've referred the matter to the FSA who have requested I find out the underwriter for the PPI as the original credit card agreement was signed in 1991.
Has anyone else had a similar claim dating this far back and can advise who underwrote the M&S PPI policies at that time ?
Thanks

The FSA does not get involved in individual complaints.
I think you have got crossed wires somewhere.0
