Can anyone help with some advice? I received a PCN on 01/06/11, sent a letter on same day appealing againt the PCN, I receved two rejection letters, the Third rejection letter that I received on 09/11/11 had the Right to appeal letter attached. Should that Right to Appeal letter be sent earlier? I submmited the Right to Appeal letter, then got the decision letter dated 20/12/11 stating that The Adjudicator has allowed the Appeal on the grounds that the contravention did not occur.
On the 3rd of january 2012 I received another letter stating that the original letter was incorrect due to a Clerical error. I then received another letter with the amendement now stating that the Appeal has been refused. have I got any grounds to appeal further, if so, does anyone know how?

Can you be a bit more specific about the dates of the letters and who the letters are from? Are you saying the latest letter is from the Tribunal and admits to a mistake? If they sent you someone else's decision by mistake, I have seen that done. Generally you can appeal the Adjudicators decision further but the grounds for doing so are fairly limited. You should have received information on that along with the refusal.0

As you are a newbie, MSE won't let you show links and pictures but you need the advice of another forum which will allow your pics. Post on pepipoo:

Please read their FAQs first such as 'how to post pictures' and read a few top threads there while waiting for your registration to clear through and then allow you to post. Then start a new topic on there with pics of all letters for their advice. You must not ignore this latest letter nor miss the deadline to respond/pay or the amount could increase.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
