Not unless Sainsburys have taken to walking down to the Bank and paying it over the counter!
As 95% of employers - they pay via BACS Direct Credit.If you want to test the depth of the water .........don't use both feet !0 -
Tell them that you don't recognise the payment and ask them to investigate the source as a possible erroneous credit.0

If it's a savings account it could be interest? I know BGC is supposed to be external but it could be mislabelled?0

Thanks for clearing that up. I thought it would make a lot more sense for them to use direct credit rather than BGC but I thought the bank would have got it right.0
