Mbna and Egg

Sent off my FOS forms to mbna and egg (barclaycard) about a week ago ( they recieved them about a week ago according to royal mail tracker , i havent had a letter off either saying they are investigating my complaints ? Should i have heard something by now ?

You may be lucky and get a reply in a month or so.
You know they received them with a signed for method so that is ok , but they are very busy and your wait could be several months as others on here have posted up to a year .
I did get a reply from the FOS updating me in the situation .Light travels faster than sound.
This is why some people seem as bright until you hear them.0 -
Sorry don't think i worded that right , i haven't referred these cases to the FOS , i filled in the FOS questionaire and sent it to both egg and mbna , i sent the questionaire off to rbs and recieved a letter after a few days saying they were investigating my complaint but had nothing from mbna or egg ....0

MBNA and EGG take their time in replying .
Usually they go right up to 8/12 weeks.
MBNA were supposed to reply to me 27th January nothing yet !
EGG now with Barclays have rejected my claim and sent to the FOS three weeks ago and I just had confirmation they are looking into this but reminding me the wait for this could be several months and they will update me in three months !Light travels faster than sound.

I sent my MBNA FOS form in 2 weeks ago, got my acknowledgement through yesterday. Seem to be slower at responding than everyone else (except Capital one).0
