Hello
I am going to buy a new leather 3 piece suite, but I'm not sure where to go.
Harveys
SCS
DFS
are all quite near to us, but how good are their products, their prices and the quality of their products.
Any other good options in the North East area of England (Newcastle / Gateshead)
Many thanks
William (Whitley Bay)

Sofa Sofa are superb, but you may have to accept a trip to Brum to see their stuff.0

We bought our sofa from Klaussner. I am over the moon with it but it was very expensive, however the quality is amazing. We will have it for ever. I need to buy a sofa bed and I don't want to pay the same amount of money so will be trying to get a cheaper one from somewhere. Will watch your thread with interest0

Sofa sofa is brilliant I got my 2 x2 leather setees from there , I was very nervous buying a sofa with out seeing it but I was thrilled with them , very good quality and excellant customer service . In the past I have had a dfs sofas these are miles better .
If you don't like it thats no problem they'll take it away again .0 -

Sofa By Design are good and are on Team Valley in Gateshead at the north end not in the retail world part. Also try Barker and Stonehouse, a little bit expensive but the quality is excellent.0

There are loads of complaints about DFS on the Blagger.com complaints website.

My friend got 2 leather settes from Sofa Sofa and they are pretty nice - not all bits are leather though. Are there any still in the Sale at M and S? If you get an M and S credit card I believe there is 12 months interest free on cc purchases.0 -

I agree with the above, just ordered from there, and the really nice thing is the staff are paid a salary, so you are not jumped upon entering the store like the DFS type vultures.
Customer Service is fantastic, and the sofas IMO are so much better than DFS, and You CAN haggle0 -
i have to reccomend Argos. Delivered in 2 weeks on time and before i had to be at work for 9. Also very good value and excellent quality.0
