CP Plus VAT Number

Well after making complaints to MOTO and the DVLA about CP Plus using another company's VAT Number on their threatograms, here is the outcome:

I apologise for the time it has taken for you to get a reply.

I have asked the British Parking Association (BPA) to investigate the issues you raised with the above company’s VAT registration number. I will get back to you with a full response when I receive an explanation from the BPA.

Regards,

Mark.

The BPA have got back to me regarding this issue.

They have contacted CP Plus who have confirmed that this is was an error on their part and that their VAT number should be on the letter. They are unsure how this could have occurred and have offered their apologies.

They will ensure that the letters are changed immediately.

Kind regards

And that is it, no explanations just that they are sorry , just couldn't make it up really! They know what they are doing, I will be going back to ask what sanctions are going to occur for a company acting possibly fraudulently.
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

Comments

  • The answer will be that its an internal matter. They have yet to name any they have expelled or even give details of their procedure, AFAIK.
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.
