Best place for mini bottles of wine?

Just come back from Tescos and I noticed that they have a section for 1/2 and mini bottles of wine alongside the full size section.

A bank is a place that will lend you money if you can prove you don't need it.

I think you miss understand. I know many places do, ie all supermarkets, I want to know the best/ cheapest to get them in bulk
