Natwest I still bank with them

Hi
I am looking in to reclaiming ppi from a loans I had with natwest.
First question is there a time limit on this? The loan would be from around 2002?

Second question if I still bank with them can I phone them to give me the loan details or will I have to do a SAR still?

You could ring and ask if they still hold details,if they dont then do a SAR.

Hi - I'm in the same position as you. When I rang Natwest they were able to tell me about PPI on my Credit Cards as they are still active. Re: my loans with them, they only had info relating as far back as 2004 and they told me to write a letter to the following asking them to release all the info they have on me in relation to any loans I have took out with the natwest.
