Change Startup order... Is it possible???

Just wondering if there is away to get my wireless router (Linksys) application to start only after my firewall (Kerio) has started on PC startup. The reason is that I am always having to disable and then re-enable the router to get it to work after the firewall or sometimes do a network repair (I have probably read everything to do with setting kerio with linksys that is out there on the web but mine seems like an incurable problem).

I even tried stopping the router application from starting up using the startup tool on ccleaner but it still starts automatically as long as the USB is connected.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
