EON Central heating care

Please can anyone let me know any positive experiences they have had with this, i am with EON central heating care, had my boiler services and rads in aug, unfortunately my boiler broke the weekend, i have seen nothing positve anywhere about this, called them on sat afternoon when boiler died, and the earliest appointment is today (which is kind of acceptable, however it does offer 24/7 service) between 8 and 1 so have had no heat and hot water for the last 3 days with a 6 and 9 year old, (we coped) but now waiting for an engineer and have read nothing but bad reviews, can any one let me know of a positive experience, as i feel sick! as well as frozen!
