Hi there. My wife and I have had various loans and credit cards over the past 10 to 12 years. Though all loans are paid off now. We've been wondering if we would be able to claim ppi's back from that far and if so how would we go about it????? Any help or advice would be much appreciated thanks

If you were mis-sold then you can still put in complaints about why you were mis-sold. The further back you go the less likely you will succeed due to paperwork no longer being available but not all firms destroy records that quickly. So, you will largely be dependent on your reasons for complaint and what documentation still exists.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
